Inquiries regarding orders or the website in general should be directed to our customer service at hello@newgenerals.com. When you make a purchase on newgenerals.com, you automatically accept our terms and conditions. Our terms & conditions can be updated and therefore you must always approve these every time you shop with us. The terms you accept for your purchase apply to the trade in question.

We accept payment with Visa Dankort, Visa, Visa electron, Mastercard and Mobilepay. We do not charge card fees. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are incl. VAT. Newgenerals.com uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with ssl (secure socket layer). This means that others cannot read your information.

 

TERMS OF DELIVERY:
Your goods are delivered to the address specified when ordering. We deliver Monday to Friday. The time of delivery depends on the address and country of delivery. You can track your package at any time. If you have chosen delivery at your address and your package has been tried in vain, you may need to pick it up in a parcel box.

Orders placed in the shop before 14.00 on a weekday, are sent the same day, and delivered on all weekdays within normal working hours.

DENMARK:
Delivery time is 1-2 days in Denmark. You can choose to have your order delivered to the nearest parcel shop, to a business address or delivered to your home.

You get free shipping for delivery in a parcel shop if you buy for more than DKK 499.

EU SHIPPING PRICES:
Delivery time depends on the recipient country and is usually between 2-5 business days. You get free shipping if you buy for more than 750 DKK

GLS standard delivery with tracking.

SHIPPING PRICES REST OF THE WORLD:
Delivery time depends on the recipient country and is usually between 3-8 business days. You get free shipping if you buy for more than 1000 DKK

The shipping price does not include any taxes and fees charged by the recipient country when importing packages from Denmark.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
All purchases made at newgenerals.com can be returned within 30 days from the day you receive the item or it is delivered in a parcel shop. If you have ordered several different items in the same purchase, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item. Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

The deadline means that you have 30 days from receipt to notify us that you will regret your purchase. Returns from an address in Denmark are free and you can order a return shipment through our return portal

Returns from addresses outside Denmark are paid for and arranged by the customer.

Remember to save the receipt for your shipment. Until the package reaches our customer service, it is your responsibility and you are responsible if any damage occurs during transport. Note that it is you who bears the risk of the return shipment. REPLACEMENT:
If you want to exchange an item for another size or similar, please contact our customer service at hello@newgenerals.com. Customers living in Denmark receive free shipping on exchanges. If you return goods from an address therefore Denmark, you must pay the freight yourself.


ITEMS OF THE ITEM WHEN YOU SEND IT RETURN:
If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it in a different way than what was necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works, you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item. We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.


REFUND OF THE PURCHASE AMOUNT:
If you regret your kopen, you get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for. We will refund your payment within 14 days from the day we received the item back. We return the money with the same means of payment that you used at the time of purchase.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT:
You have a 2-year warranty on all purchases made on newgenerals.com from the day you receive the item. In the event of complaints, you must always contact customer service with a description of your complaint hello@newgenerals.com. If your complaint is justified, you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. If the complaint is justified, you will receive a new item or the money back. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Once you have contacted customer service with a complaint, you will receive a free return label by email

DEFECTIVE OR DEFECTIVE DELIVERY:
If your delivery is defective or you have received the wrong items, please contact our customer service at hello@newgenerals.com. Defective or incorrect items can be returned and you will receive a refund of the purchase price or we will send you a new item. Shipping for returns is free. We reserve the right to reject complaints that have not been handled appropriately.

All content on newgenerals.com belongs to New Generals ApS or our suppliers, and may not be copied or passed on, distributed, modified or reproduced. this applies to text, images, logos and source code. All content on the site is protected by Danish copyright law and the applicable international rules.


PERSONAL DATA POLICY:
We need the following information when you shop with us: Name, address, tel. No. and email. We only register the personal information that is necessary to be able to deliver the item to you. The information is not passed on to others. 

The personal information is registered with New Generals ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. In addition, we collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection. 

You have the right to be informed of what information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we have a duty to delete your personal data if you request it. It can e.g. be if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we were to use it.
